Recently refurbished, staff not particularly personable but coffee fine.
Just been on holiday nice place to go shopping and Woking very nice place we went for coffee and cake
Usual typical Costa, you know what to expect. However the staff really need an extra person to keep on top of clearing away and washing up and preparing tables for new customers. This is becoming a typical problem in coffee chain shops. Executives take note. The staff are always hard working friendly and polite.
