While travelling to Skipton from Bristol on a Saturday evening I noticed a noise when I braked. I found Aire Valley Workshop online and took the car in first thing Monday morning with no appointment thinking the wheel bearings needed replacing. Even though the garage was very busy that day they said they would take a look and even lent me a car to drive into town to get some breakfast. A couple of hours later they called me to say they had sorted out the problem (loose nuts from when ATS had put new tyres on the car the week before!!). They couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating and I am very grateful as they saved my holiday.
