Always had excellent dental service and found all the staff very friendly, and will put you at ease.
I managed to get registered here after contacting our local MP (there are not enough dentists or practices in the area to cope with demand thanks to the Conservative government battering and underfunding our NHS- side note- if you vote Tory you have NO right to complain about lack of NHS services). The dentists here have been absolutely brilliant, treatments have been excellent and I'm very pleased. Thank you! X
Had a replacement crown completed last week. Very happy with the result after 3 appointments. All appointments on time and very friendly and professional.
Appointment is at 11.05, and it's 30 mins before I had to cancel this due to waiting, as I had to get back to Keighley for 12pm. Receptionist apologied which was fine, but they said I was late.. was there at 11.00. This is the reason for a 1 star... How can a patient wait for more than 30mins and then tell you I was late. Hope to see them next week as appointment booked again. Please sort out your customer sevice no wonder this place has changed so many times over the last couple of years. This is my local dentist. I have only been here for annual check ups, but the last time I went the staff seemed fine and nothing out of the ordinary. Just a nice enough dentist. I do not know if the problem rise when more complex dental treatments are needed, or if in recent months people have felt the service was poor, but in my experience this dental practice is fine.
