Very intimidating staff that made me feel very uncomfortable!
travelled 20 miles to look at a fridge which was advertised as working, clean, excellent condition they tried selling me a fridge freezer for 120 when it was faulty, not as big as told, 25 years old and had mold growing inside it. now I know why you wanted payment upfront and a delivery fee paid by bank transfer in advance, dont trust them, they will only disappoint you with their lies.
Bought two pieces of furniture from this company, paid for delivery which was an astronomical price, when the items were delivered they were both quite badly damaged, the wardrobe had multiple indentations on the surfaces which were not there a couple of days before delivery and the fridge freezer we purchased arrived in a condition different to that when viewed initially. Plugged the fridge in to start using it and it doesn't work - completely dead. Contacted this company to arrange both items to be collected and a full refund. They declined and got rather aggressive. Then a few hours later I tried again to see if they would sort it out and they said that they didn't sell fridge's and denied all knowledge of the purchase we made. So I have a wardrobe which is damaged and a broken fridge which will cost me 30 to dispose of. I have been well and truly ripped off.......If you have to buy from them, get a receipt, a witness, a signed guarantee and dont pay until they have been delivered
