Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with this dry cleaners. I sent a huge load to be cleaned after my holidays and when it returned I was shown 5 items completely ruined because the whites and darks hadn't been separated properly by the cleaners. After ringing to ask for their insurance policy and payments towards replacing my items (which under the traders have a responsibility of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I have complete right to request), I was told that it wasn't their problem or responsibility. I am now left with over 150 worth of clothes ruined because of a mistake made by Edwards. I won't be returning after an unfortunately really bad experience.
Looks like it should be a good dry cleaners from the outside but does not live up to its appearance. Ruined a number of my clothes and would not offer any compensation in reply despite being bound by law for it. Use other dry cleaners.
