I was here last weekend trying to get some food as I was heading to the traphouse on a very busy day. I tried to order the scuffd donner kebab and needed delivery... bossman started chatting bare tings saying he doesn't deliver to my area. So i headed to the store in person to pick up my order and there was too many oakis so i left. Would rate 0 stars if i could.

I can honestly say that lemons has gone down the pan I have never felt so much anger towards a company before but the treatment I have just had is at best shocking. As a previous customer and a happy one at that I thought I would order 2 x pizzas and my wife placed the order and specifically asked for no tomatoe base as she is allergic to them and asked for a garlic base instead no problem the man said. We turned up paid and drove home we opened the box and yep you guessed it tomatoe base. We rang up to complain and was told it was my wife's fault and she never asked for it. After that he said all there pizzas come with tomatoe base even if you ask for a garlic base. Offered one replacement pizza and then told to get of the phone. I will never use them again and I will place reviews where ever I can such a shame when loyal customers get treated this way

Went in to the shop after an evening with friends and ordered goijis, got home after a cab and found the food In my order was not as ordered. Called the shop and could not have cared less!Avoid at all costs and reported to Craven Council for bad food practice and undercooked food!Otherwise, enjoy a hospital admission for salmonella!!!!
