Tom and his team did a fantastic job fully renovating my grade 2 listed cottage in Addingham. This included full replastering, partial re-wire, full joinery (skirtings, architraves, doors, window cills, new kitchen, wood flooring, re-styling the staircase, etc, etc), partial upgrade of heating system and fireplace. From start to finish Tom kept me fully updated with progress each day with a call and photos. Tom was easy to get along with and collaborated with me at each step to work out next steps and agree on what should be installed. When I was lost for ideas (such as the dismal staircase and recesses) Tom came up with some excellent design ideas. I fully trusted Tom to make the correct decisions when I wasn't around to do so and I never felt disappointed with any aspect of his work, ideas, commitment etc. Doing a big project can be stressful but I never found it stressful at all - in fact I really enjoyed working with Tom and his team and the results are fantastic. I now love living in my (now!) characterful and stylish home. Just one more thing - Tom's joinery is exemplary -every friend who comes to visit remarks on how fantastic the joinery work is. Top tip: always follow your instincts when employing a builder. I certainly did that this time and was glad I did. Bloody well done Tom and team! Thank you.
Thrilled with my new kitchen and the excellent speedy service we received. Great attention to detail, very reliable and would have no hesitation in recommending TF Building and Renovations.
TF Building made us a few sets of wardrobes. We had a walk-in wardrobe in 1 room, and another wardrobe, cabinet and shelving in another (built around a chimney breast). The guys came and worked extremely hard for 6 days and got the job done quickly. Better than that though, the end product is just brilliant. They give us a tonne of storage. The doors are really high quality, built to the perfect size and with the mechanisms being really smooth. They were also cheaper than a competitor, which we were delighted about. Would 100% recommend and use again!!!
We have Tom and Lee plastering on our large conversion project. They have proven to be to be fast and efficient whilst producing an exellent standard of work.They are reliable and always come as arranged and have never let us down.
