Lovely little spot. Visited here early Tuesday evening and I was impressed with the excellent beer selection. I counted 8 different real ales to try and there was plenty of other choice as well with nice whisky and gins. I opted for a pint of Mary Jane by Ilkley Brewery which went down a treat. The building itself is really interesting, tucked away down a cobbled street. There is a nice tiled floor and plenty of tables to choose from with the inclusion of a mezzanine level. Look up and check the interesting ceiling beams. I can recommend this place, staff were lovely and the beer was excellent.
Good variety of draft beers. Busy place. No trouble
Waited 25minutes for a latte coffee when it finally arrived it was cold .Another 20mins wait for replacement. Over an hour wait for food order. Roast beef ciabatta. 2 small pieces of beef and a dozen chips. No value for money. Could understand long wait if pub was busy but very quiet. Don't think we will return.
I really like the narrow boat. Always sell very good real ales. A good place to relax. They also do contactless payment for a minimum of 5 but you can make a tab.
Had a great lunch before. Place is quirky and dog friendly. Food and service wonderful.
