Eshoes is ana aladdins cave of shoe goodies from the unusual through to the practical. Have yet to go in there and not buy something. Friendly helpful staff make ut a positive shopping experience. Easy ti find on Skiptin high street...check it out...also available online

Visited eshoes today for the first time with my elderly mother who insisted on trying on every single pair of Sketches in stock in two different sizes. Given the relatively large stock sample this was not easy task. All I can say is that Lou, the shop manager, and the 2 other shop assistants were truly amazing. They were all so brilliant in terms of customer service. The store stocks some lovely shoes, in addition to Sketches and has something for everyone. My mum's a very tricky customer and after all that didn't end up buying anything but I left happy with two pairs of Sketches. Would certainly return but not with mum. Lou, you deserve a payrise for the way you managed my mum today. Hope your boss reads these reviews!
