A timeshare exchange company run by a small team that provide a personal service. I have been using them for over 10 years and have received over 20 exchanges in that time. Yes, many have been in winter and out of season. They probably have 20 Gold Members who have a request sitting in their system for each prime week they receive. I have had up to 40 requests in their system at certain times, and I still have to wait a long time to get suitable weeks. Being retired my wife and I can be patient. Most success is in the UK but we have also managed to get weeks in New Zealand and Madeira. Other exchange companies have larger inventories and it is easier to find suitable resorts, but they cost much more for many of us. I deposited one week to try it and as of yet have no availability in areas I am interested in visiting. Still have one year left of the original three.

General availability is minimal. Most weeks are now on the rentals lists at commercial rates. A few are on the bonus week lists. DAE are exploiting their members as far as I can see.
