Zero Stars. Booked in for a 105 diagnostic service. They just read the basic fault codes (which I had already done with a 30 code reader) and held me to ransom on the phone for a 115 oil change that they knew (or at least should have known) was completely unnecessary. They refused to do any other diagnostics until I agreed to this and said that if I didn't decide on the spot over the phone that they'd have to charge me another 105 to look at anything else after that. Don't waste your time and money. These people either know less about your car than you do or just want to rip you off.
