They allowed my friend to leave her broken car in their car park at close of business on Christmas Eve, and they fitted a brand new exhaust on it the first trading day after Christmas within a three hour timeline. Fantastic lads, fantastic service and a three year guarantee on her exhaust!!!!
Called in due to low power steering fluid level. They ordered the special type needed from a parts supplier and invited us to have a gratis coffee while we waited. Ten minutes later it arrived and it was duly filled up and checked out. No charge - "it's only a bit of oil" was the comment! How is that for service and encouraging future business.
