Great facilities and very friendly staff!
Been going for years,the staff are friendly and helpful.
The receptionist with red hair is incredibly rude and could do with training in how to talk to people and apologies when she is in the wrong. The other staff I have found to be lovely, especially the swim instructor. Needs more family changing rooms n car parking spaces as there is no where near enough. Could also do with a clean in the changing rooms too.
Yet again after wasting time & money traveling to Skipton they have cordoned off one third of the pool for their own use during one of the only open general swim period. So what would the suggest adults do swim around in three meter circles. Public pool me arse.......
Huge range of classes + swim are included in membership cost. We use gym, swim & weekly classes & could do much more if we had the energy! Superb value for money! Good showers, clean cubicles & plenty of them.
