Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of equipment in the gym. The swimming pool and ladies changing room needs a lot of improvement. Although the areas are clean they look scruffy and are seriously out dated.
Getting a refurbishment at the moment. Small gym and pool but nice!
Nice place cheap enough only thing that lets it down really is sometimes pool bit cold as old people moan. And staff aint very polite but place is nice enough
The facilities are in desperate need of some tlc. Also if you want to go for a swim find a quieter time because the pool is horrendous when it's crowded. Especially when people bring their kids. To be honest it should be members only (and hotel users of course) but when you're paying a membership fee you expect to be treat like a member. Dodging screaming kids whilst I'm trying to swim isn't great. The staff are always very friendly though
