worst organisation of any bike shop iv used! wasted my full day and money dealing with them. Wouldn't recommend
Been to a few bike shops previously and found that the customer service was poor. Then I went to Chevin Cycles as I work around the corner and found the service to be an absolute delight. Even when the store was busy, staff were happy to help me find the right bike and size me up. Won't hesitate about where to shop in the future! All the staff in the Skipton store are ace!!

Have been in twice and both times have had excellent advice and brilliant service from the team of helpful and friendly staff at Chevin cycles. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dangerous place to visit as I only wanted to go in for a browse and ended up ordering a bike ! great place for a browse just wish it had more selection. I appreciate that the shop has to cater for both mountain and road cycling so this is understandable, just a shame the shop isn't bigger. Always like coming in and having a chat with the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
