Called in to explore the world of tandems , loaned one for a few hours , so we rode to Malham and back , although it rained all day , it was the best time I have ever had on a bicycle , staff were great , very friendly and helpful .

Cyfac Carbon Frame, Schram E-tap shifters.The frame is both stiffer and smoother than anything I've experienced before. Pressure on the pedals = forward momentum and pot-holes still seem smoother after over a month of riding the roads of BarnsleyThe shifting is the other amazing feature. The rear mech is so swift and assured and the front ring change is unbelievably fast and regular in both directions. Times are improved purely because we don't have to ease off as much or for as long to assist the chain to move.The story of how I ended up with this mean machine is on JD's Facebook page, but for now suffice to say Strava PBs are being beaten on every ride and we're nowhere near the fitness we had at the start of Spring. Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful owners and staff. We drove two hours to get here and it was well worth it. John is always willing to help with any questions even after three years after buying our bike.
I E mailed the night before to make an enquiry. I received a really upbeat call from Jamie the next morning and I arranged to visit. Upon visiting I was greeted with a very warm smile and a cup of tea then, having listened intently to my requirements, given thorough advice by Jamie about what tandem I should look to buy - and buy I did! The service I received was absolutely first class. I was dealt with in a friendly way and was given invaluable advice which helped inform me about the decision I made.
