Popped in to Wheelbase today with a mechanical problem whilst out on a ride. The guys were brilliant and fixed the problem there and then. Thanks guys. Very much appreciated.

It seemed last year we were losing our local bike shop, but Ilkley's gained a much better one. Popped in with rattling cones at the end of a bike ride; sorted in 5 mins, no charge. Also had gears sorted recently. excellent value. Great staff too!
The staff are knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They have a great women's section, and lots of brands and products I haven't seen in other shops in the area. The workshop staff are also great, and go above and beyond to provide great customer service.
Friendly and helpful. Brought my bike in with rear mech issues late on a Friday. Despite a busy schedule, the guys took time out to address and fix it. Really appreciate it. Great to have a friendly local bike shop back in town.
