Excellent! It was my mum's birthdaay We had a lovely time,are food was fab ! We were so well looked after. Highly recommend for lunch time or as we did evening meal ! Myself I've been 3/4 times & Everytime it's been excellent!! Looking forward to going again soon !
My immediate reaction, was a feeling of being most welcome. A superbly run, Family run Hotel and pub. A great atmosphere, good ales and the food is superb. Thank you Carol and the team for a wonderful Xmas 2018.

Second time I have stayed here, last time was about 6 months ago, when I turned up last Sunday even although the restaurant was busy the staff recognised me and called me by my first name. Similar story with breakfast chef greeted me by my first name and took my order. Beautiful family run pub with a passion for quality service. Rooms are comfortable and very cheap. Food is homemade. Brilliant place!!
