Sleepless nights, cold and dirty room, bathroom was disgusting looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. the hotel is next door to a large nightclub, so all we heard until 4am was people shouting and swearing outside and the very loud music from the club vibrating through the walls. breakfast was so poor we left it and went to a little caf instead, staff were quite rude and definitely require a course in communication and courtesy skills. no carpark, had to park in the main car park over the road and pay ridiculous fees, definitely not recommended to anyone....

Its a good hotel with helpful staff and good breakfast choice ,its Location means there is lack of car park facilities near hotel ,you are advised to park 400 yards away which is unacceptable

I had a superior king room and it was gorgeous. Lots of space, spotlessly clean, and a huge, comfy bed. The room was kitted with all the amenities I could need, including a mini fridge and drink making facilities. It was incredibly cold at night because someone had turned the radiator right down, but luckily there was a spare duvet in the wardrobe, so I was sorted. The man on reception was friendly and welcoming. And although I slept through breakfast, the smells were amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

Just spent the one night here on 11-11-18.Very pleasant stay.. my host Richard was friendly and helpful and put together a fantastic breakfast. The room was great value, warm and very clean. Will definitely book again.

I stayed for three nights and was very happy with the hotel. I had a single room which was small but clean and pleasant and had everything I needed. The breakfasts were excellent with a help yourself buffet for tea, coffee, juices and cereals etc. There was also an extensive menu with waiter/waitress service and the food was all freshly prepared and delicious. I had something different every day. Toast provided with every meal and you could request more which was quickly provided. The location was perfect for me being very close to the town centre. The staff were all extremely pleasant, helpful, respectful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely lounge area if required. I enjoyed my stay very much.
